Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a Recruitment Executive to work with our consultants and connect talents with Singapore-based clients. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as you learn the full recruitment lifecycle through hands-on sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.

You will partner with Singapore-based teams to understand hiring needs, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews, while maintaining candidate records and delivering a smooth recruitment journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates welcome.
• HR internship experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales-driven mindset with KPI awareness.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify talent through portals and social media to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Partner with Singapore-based consultants to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ experience and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-up communications with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged by providing timely updates, feedback, and support throughout the hiring journey.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Build strong relationships with candidates while delivering a positive and seamless recruitment experience.

• Keep candidates informed and engaged by providing timely updates, feedback, and support throughout the hiring journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
• Build strong relationships with candidates while delivering a positive and seamless recruitment experience.
