Job summary

• Prepare and post attractive job advertisements across relevant platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update candidate databases.
• Guide and support junior recruiters when required.
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related duties assigned by management.
