• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with internship or working experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, Customer Service, Sales, or Administration are welcome.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare candidate profiles and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support recruitment campaigns, walk-in interviews, career fairs, and hiring events.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling candidate information.
