Job summary

Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG) is expanding its recruitment team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Recruiter on the client site, you will power a ramp-up for technology, engineering, manufacturing and corporate teams.

You will craft hiring strategies, manage end-to-end processes, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. With 5+ years in recruiting for engineering, pharma, oil and gas, you will partner with line managers and HR to source, screen, interview, and close top

• 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in engineering, pharma, oil and gas.
• Proven ability to partner, consult, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-driven with ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and projects.

• Confident communicators who convert market knowledge into hiring wins.
• Skilled in sourcing, screening, and using recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary talent partner with the client on the ground.
• Drive full-cycle recruitment from screening to offer and onboarding.
• Collaborate with line managers, HR, and APAC teams to shape hiring strategies.
• Identify and attract high-caliber professionals for critical roles.
• Coordinate interview processes, gather stakeholder feedback, and deliver strong hiring experiences.
• Present actionable reports and recruitment analytics to keep decision-makers informed
• Uphold data accuracy and deliver on KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
