Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our RPO team in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This onsite role will involve end-to-end recruitment with a focus on direct sourcing, market mapping and strong stakeholder collaboration.

The position is hybrid, with 3 days onsite at Plaza 33 PJ and 2 days remote. You will partner with hiring managers to design effective recruitment strategies for Shared Service and Commercial roles across Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines, using ATS and data-driven

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in RPO or internal recruiting for a global organisation.
• Prior experience in hiring for Shared Service and Commercial roles in MY, TH, PH.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; IT literate with MS Office.
• Ability to interpret reporting data and advise on process improvements and innovation.
• Experience developing sourcing methodologies including market mapping, Boolean searches and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for key business areas with direct sourcing focus.
• Discuss recruitment strategies with hiring managers and create strategies for successful output.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships.
• Utilise direct sourcing tools to build a quality candidate pipeline and talent pools.
• Champion recruitment best practices and support service delivery targets.
• Provide market conditions, candidate availability and salary benchmarks to Hiring Managers.
• Maintain critical metrics and ensure high data integrity in reporting.

Position Summary

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global leader in Medical Devices is looking for a Senior Recruiter to be based in Petaling Jaya to work onsite. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process whilst being a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity


• Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers and be involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum successful output


• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships


• Utilise all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline and actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools


• Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business and support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets


• Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks


• Maintain critical metrics and provide the highest data integrity within reporting

Professional Experience

• Extensive experience in a similar field, RPO or internal with a global organisation


• Prior experience in hiring for Shared Service and Commercial (MY, TH, PH) roles


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, IT Literate with MS Office suite


• Ability to interpret reporting data and advise on solutions for process innovation and high-performance working


• Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches as well as working with an ATS


• Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast-moving environment


• Shown team working capability, stakeholder management and networking skills


• Ability to be involved in a wide range of talent acquisition projects
