Job summary

Centific in Malaysia (Penang) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment efforts and attract top talent through targeted sourcing and campaigns. You will assess fit to project requirements, manage candidate offers, and partner with stakeholders to deliver recruitment outcomes while ensuring compliance with local laws and best practices.

The role requires strong English, Mandarin preferred for country-specific hiring, and hands-on use of Workday and MS Office 365 to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of recruitment, sourcing, and HR data management experience.
• Familiarity with Workday for recruitment processes and candidate management.
• Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
• Strong English communication; Mandarin preferred for country-specific hiring.
• Interviewing skills and ability to assess candidate fit.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading recruitment efforts and attracting top talent through targeted sourcing and recruitment campaigns. The role focuses on assessing candidate fit based on role and project requirements, managing candidate offers, and partnering closely with stakeholders to support recruitment delivery.

Responsibilities:

Identify current and future hiring needs and define job requirements in collaboration with department managers.

Proactively source and attract suitable candidates through job portals, databases, social media, academic channels, and global networks.

Assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, and project requirements.

Promote the company’s reputation and attractiveness as an employer of choice.

Keep up-to-date on employment legislation and ensure compliance across recruitment activities.

Provide recruitment updates and reports to project and team managers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2-4 years of experience with recruitment processes, talent sourcing, and HR databases.

Familiarity with Workday, particularly in supporting recruitment processes, candidate management, and maintaining accurate recruitment data.

Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Mandarin is preferred to support country-specific hiring, and other languages are a plus.

Ability to conduct different types of interviews and assess candidate fit.

Demonstrates strong critical thinking, independence, and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

Knowledge of employment law and HR regulations.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and online research tools.

Advanced use of online networks, communities, and social recruiting channels.

Proactive approach to process improvements and creative problem-solving.
