Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Reconciliation Specialist to join our finance team. You will perform reconciliations for Singapore and Overseas treasury centres and selected subsidiaries, ensuring turnaround targets are met.

The role requires a Degree in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You will participate in projects, support process improvements, and contribute to accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA, audit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products or 2+ years in banking is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform treasury related reconciliations for Singapore & Overseas treasury centres and selected subsidiaries and meet agreed BAU SLI turnaround timing.
• Prompt escalation of reconciliation outages to Business Units.
• Investigate and follow through of reconciliation outages until closure.
• Participate in projects, assist with requirement specifications with users and IT, test system functionality and provide post-conversion support.
• Contribute to process improvements and system automation and support reconciliation controls.
