OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad is seeking a Treasury Reconciliations Associate to support Singapore & Overseas treasury centres with BAU turnaround timing and accurate problem resolution.

You will investigate outages, escalate issues promptly, participate in IT-related projects, drive process improvements, and ensure robust reconciliation controls while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA; audit experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of banking products or at least 2 years in banking industry is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Perform treasury reconciliations for Singapore & Overseas centres and meet BAU SLI turnaround timing.
  • Prompt escalation of reconciliation outages to Business Units.
  • Investigate and follow through reconciliation outages till closure.
  • Active participation in projects in the Department; assist in requirements with users and IT; participate in system testing and post-conversion support.
  • Contribute to process improvements and system automation; improve reconciliation controls.
  • Support ad-hoc/admin tasks assigned.

  • Performs treasury related reconciliations for Singapore & Overseas treasury centres and selected subsidiaries and meeting the agreed BAU SLI turnaround timing.
