Jora Malaysia is seeking a Receptionist cum Sales Admin to manage the front desk and provide administrative support to the Sales team. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment while handling documentation and coordination tasks.

The Receptionist cum Sales Admin is responsible for managing front-desk and reception activities while providing administrative and coordination support to the Sales team. The role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers and external parties, while ensuring smooth day-to-day office reception operations and timely administrative support for sales activities, documentation, reporting and coordination.
Key responsibilitiesManage the reception area and ensure a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and guests
Greet, register and assist visitors upon arrival and notify the relevant employees accordingly
Attend to incoming telephone calls and general enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
Receive, record and distribute incoming documents, parcels and courier items
Coordinate outgoing courier and document delivery arrangements when required
Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with Company security and visitor procedures
Manage meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements when required
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team
Assist in preparing and maintaining sales‑related documents, reports, correspondence and records
Maintain accurate filing and documentation of sales records, both physical and electronic
About youMinimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies or a related field
Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in reception, administration, sales administration or a similar role
Fresh graduates with good communication and administrative skills may also be considered
Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and customer service skills
Well‑organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with different departments
Professional appearance and attitude, particularly when dealing with visitors and external parties
