Job summary

Servay Evergreen Sdn Bhd is seeking a Receiving Clerk to ensure goods are received and dispatched in good order and on schedule. You will liaise with suppliers on intake and returns, and promptly process documents such as Purchase Orders and Invoices. Maintain a clean, hazard-free receiving area to support safe operations.

Based in Sabah, this role requires attention to detail and timely paperwork to keep stock and shipments on track in a busy retail environment.

Job description

Ensure that the goods received and/or sent are in good order and on schedule at all times

To liaise with various suppliers on matters regarding the intake and/or returns of stock at the receiving bay

To receive, process and submit related documents such as Purchase Orders, Invoices and related reports on a timely manner

To be responsible and directly involved with the cleanliness and tidiness of the receiving area, ensuring that it is always clear of obstacles and safe for all to work in
