Job summary

Servay Evergreen Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented individual in Papar, Sabah, to manage price tagging, inventory records, and basic IT troubleshooting for store operations. The role requires teamwork, independent work, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position involves updating price tags per pricing approvals, assisting with stock checks, and reporting discrepancies while maintaining documentation and ensuring equipment is well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Experience in inventory management or retail operations is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Print, prepare, and distribute product price tags according to approved pricing and promotional information.
• Ensure price tags are accurate and updated promptly whenever price changes occur.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock record updates, physical stock checks, and inventory discrepancy reporting.
• Identify and perform basic troubleshooting of IT hardware and software issues, including computers, printers, scanners, and barcode devices.
• Report technical issues, system errors, and equipment malfunctions to the relevant IT personnel or supervisor.
• Maintain proper records of IT issues, inventory updates, and related documentation.
• Ensure IT equipment is properly maintained and handled in accordance with company procedures.
