Job summary

CEKAP LINK TECH SDN. BHD. is seeking a Transport Monitoring Officer in Kuala Lumpur to oversee real-time line-haul operations. You will track GPS/ETA, manage exceptions, and ensure accurate KPI reporting across cross‑border routes.

The role requires shift work, strong Excel data analysis skills, and English proficiency to coordinate with carriers, hub dispatch, warehouse, and customer service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• Experience in transport dispatch or transport monitoring is a plus.
• Willing to work rotating night shifts to support overseas hours.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; strong data analysis with Excel.
• Familiarity with Looker or Tableau is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Track vehicle GPS location and ETA for line-haul transport.
• Verify carrier departure and arrival punctuality.
• Trigger alerts for delays and anomalies; follow up actions.
• Respond to incidents including delays, route deviations, or breakdowns.
• Notify carriers, hub dispatch and internal teams of updates.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports for transport performance.
• Document transport anomalies and compile exception reports.
