Job summary

William Safeguards Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Office-based Command Centre Operator in Kuala Lumpur to monitor CCTV in real-time, conduct remote surveillance, and respond to incidents following escalation procedures.

You will verify credentials for access control and log attendance, while producing management reports and supporting a multi-tasking security team. The role requires English proficiency and the ability to work as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

Job description

Requirements

Proficient in using computers and operating security systems such as video management systems, access control systems, visitor management systems etc — training provided for beginners.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.

Able to read, write and speak English.

Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.

Able to multi-task and manage detail-oriented tasks.

Able to remain calm, professional and perform under pressure.

Strong situation judgment.

Willingness to take instructions and learn.

Working Hours

12-hour shifts, 6 days per week
