Job summary

Pivotal Systems in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, seeks a diligent CCTV monitoring operator to oversee security in the control room. You will observe activities, report incidents, and coordinate with the team to ensure rapid response and accurate logs.

Ideal candidates have SPM or equivalent, with a Diploma in Security Management preferred, and are comfortable with night and weekend shifts while maintaining high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma in Security Management or related field preferred.
• Prior security/CCTV monitoring experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CCTV systems.
• Able to work on shifts (including night shift, weekends, and public holidays).
• Good observation skills and attention to detail.
• Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems continuously in the control room.
• Observe and identify any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Report and upscale incidents promptly to the relevant personnel.
• Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports.
• Coordinate with security team members during emergencies.
• Ensure proper functioning of CCTV and security equipment.
• Follow company security policies and procedures at all times.
