You will plan, shoot, edit, and produce engaging video content for our social channels and showcase our home construction projects. This full-time role requires a portfolio, strong storytelling, and ability to create captions, subtitles, and branding-consistent videos. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and design to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, Video Editor, or similar role.
• Able to show a portfolio or sample of previous video/content work.
• Good skills in video shooting, basic lighting, framing, composition, and storytelling.
• Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Able to create short-form videos that are suitable for social media marketing.
• Creative, proactive, disciplined, and able to complete tasks within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Create engaging content related to house construction, house design, site progress, client testimonials, house tours, promotions, company activities, and educational topics.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop content ideas, scripts, storyboards, hooks, and video concepts.
• Capture video footage at the office, project sites, events, client handovers, and other company activities when required.
• Edit videos using suitable editing software or applications, including adding subtitles, music, transitions, sound effects, graphics, and basic colour adjustments.
• Ensure all content follows the company’s branding, tone, campaign direction, and marketing objectives.
• Keep video files and content assets properly organised for future reference and reuse.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, video formats, content styles, and platform requirements.
• Assist in brainstorming new content ideas that can improve brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and audience trust.
• Support the marketing team in producing creative materials for campaigns, advertisements, and promotional activities.
