Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of photography and videography techniques including lighting and composition.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, or Canva).

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, shooting, and producing high-quality videos for property tours, promotional content, and client testimonials.
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture professional footage.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop creative video concepts aligned with branding.
• Ensure videos are well-framed, engaging, and highlight key property aspects.
• Help design assets like social graphics and brochures.
