Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years sales experience or relevant role in real estate and property.
• Proficiency in English & Bahasa Melayu.
• Proficiency in Mandarin & local dialogue is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in shift & public holidays.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sales strategy to achieve sales goals.
• Identify potential customers, understand their needs, present suitable property options, and close sales.
• Conduct property tours and presentations for potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Generate sales from various platforms including digital media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and open houses to generate leads and showcase properties.
• Provide input on marketing materials and strategies based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the sales manager, including sales forecasts and performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development team to ensure customer needs are met.
