Job summary

ECO MAJESTIC DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD is seeking an operations-focused role to engage customers, manage leads, and support marketing campaigns for property sales in Malaysia. The executive will handle on-ground sales activities, client meetings, and follow-ups to drive conversions.

The role involves maintaining CRM records, organizing property launches, and providing market feedback to managers. Fresh graduates or those with 1–3 years in sales/marketing are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass comms, business admin, real estate or related field.
• Certification or short courses in digital marketing, branding or CRM tools is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong internship exposure or 1–3 years in sales/marketing encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management & Customer Engagement: Engage with potential buyers and investors to convert sales; manage enquiries, appointments and follow-ups; build positive relationships.
• Sales Support & Conversion Activities: Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies for property launches; support conversion and engagement; help achieve targets.
• Marketing Campaign & Event Support: Support sales planning, advertisements and promotions; assist in planning sales galleries and roadshows; support launches.
• Market Research & Competitor Monitoring: Conduct competitor analysis and gather customer feedback; provide observations to management.
• System Updates & Reporting: Maintain CRM records; update sales activity reports; ensure timely reporting.
