TransPerfect is seeking an Operations Analyst – Real Estate to support global facilities, leasing, and real estate operations. You will analyze options, develop cost comparisons, coordinate with brokers and internal teams, and prepare executive summaries for leadership review.

The role requires CAD experience, strong problem solving and quantitative skills, and excellent communication. Occasional off-hours work and a focus on detail are essential in managing space and project schedules.

Qualificações

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• 2 years experience working with CAD.
• Strong problem solving abilities.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Flexible hours (occasional) to accommodate construction projects, moves and other off-hours needs.
• Able to perform in high pressure situations.
• Proficient with MS Office, including at least intermediate level knowledge of Excel (including formulas and functions).
• Superior written and spoken communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely support to facilities, infrastructure, supplies and non-core business areas.
• Support global real estate needs including space planning and scenario analysis.
• Coordinate with brokers, legal teams and stakeholders to finalize lease agreements.
• Create executive summaries and CAD test fits for potential properties.
• Develop cost comparisons and present recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure accurate occupancy costs, notices, renewals, and terminations.
• Coordinate vendor activities and project schedules for office spaces.
• Establish backup telecom/data provisions and document related procedures.
