Job summary

Hartamas Real Estate Group in Malaysia invites an internship candidate to assist in accounts and property management. You will attend occupants’/owners' feedback, answer enquiries professionally, maintain bookkeeping, and support accounts payable/receivable, and basic accounting controls.

You will also assist the Building Manager in administrative tasks and gain exposure to asset and facilities management across a growing real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• Looking for intern to support accounting and property management tasks.
• Basic bookkeeping and financial controls experience preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Attend to occupants’/owners feedback and answer enquiries professionally.
• Maintain proper book-keeping and manage accounts payables/receivables.
• Implement basic accounting controls and assist in credit actions.
• Assist Building Manager in administrative, maintenance and management tasks.
