Job summary

Isma Pro Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced on-site Maintenance Supervisor for port equipment, including RTG and Quay Crane systems. You will lead the maintenance team, respond to breakdowns, and ensure preventive and corrective work is completed to keep operations safe and efficient.

The role requires a Diploma or Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, at least five years in port equipment maintenance, and hands-on skills with electrical/control/instrumentation, diesel,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of port equipment maintenance experience (RTG or Quay Crane).
• Experience with electrical, control, instrumentation, diesel engine, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting TMEIC and Siemens PLC & Drive Systems.
• Training in RTG or Quay Crane operation and maintenance.

Lead and supervise on-site maintenance teams for port equipment including RTG (Rubber Tyred Gantry) and Quay Crane systems. Respond to equipment breakdowns, monitor rectification progress, and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed to maintain operational efficiency and safety standards.

• Able to troubleshoot TMEIC and Siemens PLC & Drive Systems
• Training in RTG or Quay Crane operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
