Job summary

Bayer CropScience Limited in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Customer Engagement Lead to drive growth for the Radiology portfolio across Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. You will translate clinical evidence and customer insights into differentiated strategies, engaging radiologists, radiographers, pharmacists and healthcare stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Sales, Medical, Marketing and Clinical Applications teams to plan and execute launches, education programs, and integrated marketing activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences required.
5+ years in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics, or related industries.
Ability to translate scientific/clinical information into customer-focused strategies.
Strong marketing, portfolio management and customer engagement experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies for Bayer's Radiology portfolio in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei.
Engage with radiologists, radiographers, pharmacists and other stakeholders to understand needs.
Lead product launches, portfolio adoption initiatives and customer engagement programs.
Create scientific, educational and promotional content to support commercial success.
