Job summary

Bayer CropScience Limited in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Customer Engagement Lead to drive growth for the Radiology portfolio across Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences required.
• 5+ years in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics, or related industries.
• Ability to translate scientific/clinical information into customer-focused strategies.
• Strong marketing, portfolio management and customer engagement experience.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement Lead, Radiology

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Customer Engagement Lead to drive sustainable portfolio growth across Bayer's Radiology portfolio in Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei.

This role combines strong scientific and clinical expertise with strategic marketing leadership to develop and execute growth plans that deliver meaningful business outcomes. As a trusted partner to radiologists, radiographers, pharmacists, and other healthcare stakeholders, you will translate clinical evidence, customer insights, and portfolio value into differentiated strategies that enhance customer engagement and portfolio performance.

Serving as the link between customers, Sales, Medical, Marketing, and Clinical Applications teams, you will lead portfolio growth initiatives from strategy development through execution, including customer engagement programs, product launches, scientific education, and integrated marketing activities.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio growth strategies across the Radiology business in Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei.
• Define growth opportunities through customer insights, market analysis, segmentation, and competitive assessment.
• Engage credibly with radiologists, radiographers, pharmacists, and other healthcare stakeholders to understand evolving customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Thought Leaders, and professional societies.
• Lead product launches, portfolio adoption initiatives, and customer engagement programs.
• Develop scientific, educational, and promotional content that supports customer engagement and commercial success.
• Deliver presentations, training programs, workshops, and educational activities to internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Sales, Medical, Marketing, Regional Product Teams, and Clinical Applications teams to achieve business objectives.
• Support scientific meetings, congresses, and industry events while strengthening Bayer's presence within the radiology community.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve engagement effectiveness.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Radiography, Medical Imaging, or a related healthcare discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics, or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to translate scientific and clinical information into customer-focused strategies and solutions.
• Strong business acumen with experience in marketing, portfolio management, customer engagement, or product launches.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence across multiple functions and stakeholder groups.
• Radiology, medical imaging, or contrast media experience is highly desirable.
• Experience working with KOL engagement, scientific communication, and healthcare marketing is an advantage.
