AstraZeneca Malaysia is seeking a R2R Global Process Delivery and Change Manager to lead end-to-end Record to Report processes across regional sites. You will partner with Controlling, Standardisation and GPO teams to drive standardisation, automation and process improvement within a complex global finance operation.

In this senior role, you will coach cross-functional teams, manage change programs, deliver robust governance, and provide analytics to support strategic decision-making.

• Experience delivering end-to-end R2R processes with a focus on standardisation and automation
• Ability to influence and lead cross-border teams in a global organisation
