Job summary

Roche in Malaysia is seeking a Record to Report Analyst to support Korean-speaking country clusters within our global shared services hub. You will ensure precision and compliance across end-to-end financial operations, including GL accounting and month-end closes, in a collaborative regional ecosystem.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, bilingual English and Korean, and willingness to rotate across functions.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• 3 years of corporate finance, GL, or financial reporting experience.
• Experience in SSC/BPO environment desirable.
• Proficient with ERP SAP and standard spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Drive month-, quarter-, and year-end closing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage core accounting transactions, fixed assets, accruals, and journal entries.
• Review profit & loss, balance sheets, cost centers, and postings for data integrity.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and reporting packages.
• Support internal and external audits and tax documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date internal control documentation per policy.
• Lead continuous improvement and share best practices across the team.
