Job summary

Roche is seeking a Record to Report PEC Analyst to support Korea from our regional hub. You will own general ledger activities, perform analytical reviews, and drive continuous process improvements in a collaborative SSC setup.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in corporate finance, strong SAP and Excel skills, and fluency in English and Korean. This role requires adaptability and cross-functional teamwork to meet tight reporting timelines in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in corporate finance, GL accounting or financial reporting.
• Experience in SSC or BPO environment is desirable.
• Proficiency with SAP and standard spreadsheets/tools.
• Fluent in English and Korean to support Korean affiliates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform core accounting processes, calculations, accruals and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve open items.
• Document and maintain internal controls per policy and local requirements.
• Support audits and respond to audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
