Job summary

NI Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium-to-large cross-functional projects in a manufacturing environment. You will drive execution against scope, schedule, cost, and quality while aligning with business objectives.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills are essential. The role involves collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Services to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing medium-to-large cross-functional projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, product sustaining, quality management, and product lifecycle processes.
• Experience handling manufacturing escalations, customer escalations, quality/RMA investigations, and corrective action programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-to-large cross-functional projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage escalations across manufacturing, customer, quality/RMA, and product lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers and action tracking.
• Control scope, cost, timelines and resources to meet objectives.
