The Project Manager is an experienced project leader responsible for driving medium-to-large, cross-functional projects and ensuring successful execution against scope, schedule, cost, quality, and business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, decision-making, and communication skills to deliver outcomes in a dynamic manufacturing and product sustaining environment.
Lead medium-to-large cross-functional projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation through execution and closure.
Manage manufacturing, customer, quality/RMA, and product lifecycle management escalations, ensuring timely resolution and business continuity.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and action tracking to drive project execution and accountability.
Manage project scope, cost, timelines, and resource requirements to achieve project objectives and business goals.
Facilitate planning, decision-making, and problem-solving across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Services, and other stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks while balancing schedule, cost, quality, and customer requirements.
Drive alignment and collaboration across cross-functional teams, escalating issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
Provide clear, timely, and effective communication to project teams, sponsors, and leadership on project status, risks, and critical decisions.
Evaluate trade-offs and provide recommendations that support business objectives, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices.
Ensure compliance with applicable product development processes, governance requirements, and organizational standards.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
Proven experience managing medium-to-large cross-functional projects in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, product sustaining, quality management, and product lifecycle processes.
Experience handling manufacturing escalations, customer escalations, quality/RMA investigations, and corrective action programs.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to successful completion.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
