Job summary

THE EPIC FOOD GROUP SDN BHD is seeking a hands-on cook to join our development kitchen in Malaysia. You will test and refine new products under direction and help set the culinary direction for our brands.

You will standardise grammage, yield and costing, create SOPs, roll out products to seven outlets, and train crews. You will also film SOP videos and maintain our recipe and inventory systems across the business.

Responsibilities

• Cook, test and refine new products in our development kitchen — you bring the hands, we set the direction
• Standardise each dish: grammage, yield, costing and the SOPs that make it repeatable
• Roll out new products across all seven outlets — write the guides, film the SOP videos, train the crews
• Run quality checks (QCQA) on our food and catch anything off standard
• Own our recipe and inventory systems — the machinery behind 50+ brands
