Job summary

THE EPIC FOOD GROUP SDN BHD is seeking a hands-on cook to join our development kitchen, where you will cook, test and refine new products under clear direction. The role focuses on creating consistent, repeatable recipes and processes across our growing brand portfolio.

You will standardise grammage, yield and costing, then roll out products across seven outlets. You will author guides, film SOP videos and train crews, while running QC/QA to ensure standards are met and maintaining our recipe

Responsibilities

• Cook, test and refine new products in our development kitchen — you bring the hands, we set the direction
• Standardise each dish: grammage, yield, costing and the SOPs that make it repeatable
• Roll out new products across all seven outlets — write the guides, film the SOP videos, train the crews
• Run quality checks (QCQA) on our food and catch anything off standard
• Own our recipe and inventory systems — the machinery behind 50+ brands
