THE EPIC FOOD GROUP SDN BHD is seeking a hands-on culinary professional to cook, test and refine new products in our development kitchen—your hands, our direction.

You will standardise each dish (grammage, yield, costing) and roll out new products across seven outlets, writing guides and filming SOP videos to train crews. You’ll run QCQA checks and own our recipe and inventory systems—the machinery behind 50+ brands.

Responsibilities

• Cook, test and refine new products in our development kitchen — you bring the hands, we set the direction
• Standardise each dish: grammage, yield, costing and the SOPs that make it repeatable
• Roll out new products across all seven outlets — write the guides, film the SOP videos, train the crews
• Run quality checks (QCQA) on our food and catch anything off standard
• Own our recipe and inventory systems — the machinery behind 50+ brands
