Job summary

Spring Art Industries in Malaysia is seeking an industrial design professional to conduct market and technology research, develop prototypes, and translate ideas into functional designs for production.

You will collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and marketing to refine designs, document processes and results, and stay current with industry standards and design software.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in product development, prototyping, or design within the industrial design sector.
• Proficiency in design software such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design), 3D modelling, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to balance creativity with practical constraints.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in design execution.

Responsibilities
