• Ensure design feasibility with manufacturing supplies.

• Review samples and prototypes to ensure design intent is achieved.
• Deliver timelines and deliverables as required.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior.

Key Responsibility

1. Product Design & Development

• Create original product designs that aligned with brand direction and seasonal themes
• Ensure design feasibility with manufacturing supplies

2. Trend & Market Research

• Conduct trend, and consumer research
• Translate insights into relevant and differentiated product ideas and designs

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Development team
• Participate in product reviews and design approvals

4. Prototyping & Sampling

• Review samples and prototypes together with Product Development team to ensure design intent is achieved

5. Documentation & Execution

• Ensure timelines and deliverables are met

6. Responsibility

• Carry out related / ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior from time-to-time

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in the following:
• Product Design
• Textile/Fashion Design (for soft goods)
• Interior Design (for home/lifestyle products)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design & colour sensibility, and aesthetic alignment
• Experience working collaboratively within a design team environment
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and basic product development processes
• Certifications in design tools (optional but advantageous):
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
