Job summary

Tonics Furniture Sdn Bhd is seeking a Research and Development Executive to drive new product development and documentation in our furniture manufacturing environment.

You will develop engineering drawings, ensure materials and packaging specs are up to date, and collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to advance product concepts while ensuring compliance with industry protocols and regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related field.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, independent, and result-oriented.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Development of new products and preparation of engineering drawings.
• Maintain and update technical documents such as material specifications and product packaging.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on product development.
• Ensure designs comply with internal and external protocols and regulations.
