Qualifications

• PhD or Master in Applied Physics, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teams.
• Interest in long-term semiconductor industry career and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Work on a broad range of technical challenges from requirements to product validation.
• Translate customer requirements into product specifications for power transistors and discrete devices.
• Create simulation models and use circuit simulation for product behavior understanding.
• Enable product performance targets.
• Be the technical expert in projects.
• Develop expertise in characterization, verification, and qualification concepts.
• Design and understand layout of discrete devices.
• Interpret and improve models with dedicated tools or self-developed tools.
• Be the technical sparring partner for the Project Manager.
