Job summary

Kingfa Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is seeking a senior R&D lead to drive the development of modified plastics. You will design formulations, optimize processes, and test performance to scale from lab to production.

You will work with sales and clients in automotive, electronics and home appliances. You will strengthen product properties, prepare documentation, and supervise R&D projects with international exposure through overseas assignments in Vietnam and China.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related polymer/chemical field.
• Strong English communication; Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently and participate in overseas assignments.
• Access to advanced formulation tools and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D of new modified plastic products, including formulation design, process optimization, and performance testing.
• Transform laboratory formulations into scalable industrial processes, ensuring stability and cost efficiency.
• Enhance product properties such as strength, toughness, flame retardancy, and weather resistance.
• Prepare technical documentation, inspection standards, and operating manuals.
• Provide technical support to clients in automotive, electronics, and home appliance sectors.
• Monitor industry trends, participate in exhibitions, and collaborate with sales teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage R&D projects, coordinate resources, and contribute to innovation and intellectual property filings.
