Job summary

Rovski is seeking a motivated R&D Product Development Engineer in Malaysia to plan and develop processes enabling product realization. You will define design stages, conduct market benchmarks, and establish resources and documents for successful product delivery under QMS constraints.

You will apply APQP, lead FMEA activities, and drive control plans to reduce risk and improve productivity. Strong lab skills, English and Bahasa proficiency, and previous manufacturing exposure are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Biochemistry or relevant field.
• Energetic and highly motivated with a creative mindset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to converse well in English and Bahasa.
• Experience in manufacturing environment would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop processes needed for product realization in accordance with QMS requirements.
• Determine design and development stages, responsibilities and authorities.
• Conduct research and benchmarking of market products.
• Develop processes and documents and allocate resources for the product.
• Use APQP, FMEA and control plans to minimize risks and ensure product realization.
• Review and approve design changes; verify and validate results.
• Collaborate with APQP team to complete steps on time.
• Perform experiments and statistical studies for process control and quality improvements.
