Job summary

Keysight is seeking a skilled Web-based enterprise software developer to design, build, and enhance scalable digital solutions for process optimization and transformation. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable features and ensure alignment with business goals.

The role requires 3+ years of experience with ASP.NET, SQL, C#, and front-end technologies, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in web based enterprise software development.
• Proficient in ASP.NET, SQL, C#, MS SQL Database, RESTful API, HTML5, AJAX, CSS, JSON, MVC, LINQ, Git, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with process stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable digital solutions and automated workflows.
• Design, develop, and continuously enhance web-based applications to support process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define process flows, system specifications, and implementation strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive timely delivery of digital solutions by aligning project execution with defined process goals, performance metrics, and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and resolve system issues during deployment while continuously improving usability, process efficiency, and user experience.
• Establish reusable and scalable solution frameworks to enable adoption and extension across multiple COEs beyond EISG.

• Ability to work within a rapidly changing environment, multi-task and prioritize.
• Be able to display good problem solving skills with drive to improve existing business processes and procedures
• Having good communication (oral, written, presentation), interpersonal and consultative skills
• An excellent work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and good team player
• Ability to work with various senior stakeholders
• Desire to learn new technologies
• MS Excel macro is added advantage.
