Shimano Components (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Pekan Nanas, Pontian, Johor, Malaysia is seeking a Research and Development Engineer to conduct research on new concepts, design and develop products to meet QCD targets, and consolidate design inputs for manager review. You will participate in innovation projects, support Industry 4.0 initiatives, and collaborate with the Engineering department.

A Bachelor's in Mechanical or Mechatronics is required, along with strong problem-solving and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Innovative and creative, with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and possess good project management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
