We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Engineer to join our team. You will be involved in designing, developing, and testing electronic components and systems in a high-tech environment.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop electronic systems and components for testing environments.
Perform prototype testing and analysis to ensure system functionality.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project specifications.
Conduct research to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Prepare and maintain detailed design documents and test reports.
Participate in technical peer reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
Stay updated with the latest trends in electronics and test automation.
Perform circuit testing and functional control testing (e.g. output, performance, spare parts).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in electronics testing or semiconductor industry preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong CGPA are encouraged to apply.
Good understanding of electronic circuit design and components.
Familiar with electronic design software (e.g. Altium, Eagle, Proteus, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team player with good communication skills.
Knowledge in In-Circuit Testing (ICT) and Functional Testing is a plus.
AOI knowledge and attention to detail.
