Job summary

Seki Aoi Techno in Malaysia is seeking a motivated R&D Engineer to design, develop, and test electronic components and systems in a high‑tech environment. You will work with cross‑functional teams to define specifications, perform prototype testing, and document designs and test results.

Fresh graduates with strong CGPA are welcome; 1 year in electronics testing is a plus. Proficiency with Altium, Eagle or Proteus is preferred; knowledge of ICT and Functional Testing is a plus; strong teamwork

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in electronics testing or semiconductor industry preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong CGPA are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of electronic circuit design and components.
• Familiar with electronic design software (e.g. Altium, Eagle, Proteus, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Knowledge in ICT and Functional Testing is a plus.
• AOI knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic systems and components for testing environments.
• Perform prototype testing and analysis to ensure system functionality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project specifications.
• Conduct research to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain detailed design documents and test reports.
• Participate in technical peer reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in electronics and test automation.
• Perform circuit testing and functional control testing (e.g. output, performance, spare parts).
