Job summary

KOSSAN is seeking a Chemistry/Polymer Science/Chemical Engineering graduate to join its R&D team and contribute to the development of innovative glove products. • Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in gloves manufacturing preferred.
• Strong process improvement, project management, and design skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution of projects by planning and provisioning resources.
• Monitor implementation and progress of projects.
• Ensure compliance to Design Control requirements during design input/output stages.
• Perform design analysis, troubleshooting and improvement activities.
• Compile data and documents on design output requirements for Design Request and Prototype Stage.
• Update control documents to current versions and ensure filing system is followed.
