Job summary

GOODNITE SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced R&D/Product Development professional in Malaysia to lead new mattress product development and improve existing lines.

You will evaluate materials, coordinate projects, and support cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Sales, and Purchasing to ensure timely delivery. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 3–5 years in R&D or product development, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of mattress construction, foam, spring systems, fabrics, and related materials.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in research and development or product development.
• Good understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
