Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia invites applications for a Quarry & Premix Engineer in Rawang. The role supports the Quarry & Premix Manager by coordinating operational activities across the quarry and premix plants.

You will oversee daily operations, manage maintenance planning, ensure HSE compliance, and prepare production reports while guiding a team of site workers toward safe, efficient performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Material Science/Mineral Resources Engineering or equivalent.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide teams on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of quarry and premix plant.
• Perform general administrative and maintenance work.
• Supervise on-site operational workers and ensure safety.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and ISO standards.
• Prepare all production reports and monitor performance.
• Plan and schedule repair and maintenance for plants.
• Drive health, safety and environmental initiatives (HSE).
• Implement group guidelines and conduct trainings as needed.
• Report incidents and maintain documentation for audits.
