Job summary

Spring Energy Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quarry Supervisor / Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations within the Quarry Operations department. Responsibilities include supervising drilling, blasting, loading, hauling and feeding the crusher plant, while ensuring targets and safety standards are met.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervision in open-cast quarrying or similar earthwork operations, plus a Diploma/Certificate in Mining or Civil Engineering and knowledge of OSHA/JKKP regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and clear communication to manage frontline site teams.
• Ability to read basic technical site drawings and production logs.
• Familiarity with OSHA/JKKP regulations for heavy industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee drilling, blasting coordination, loading, hauling and feeding raw materials to the crusher.
• Monitor daily production to meet sales and external client demand.
• Allocate tasks to heavy machinery operators and coordinate maintenance.
• Maintain daily logs of production, equipment hours and fuel usage.
