1. Key Responsibilities
Production & Operations Management
Daily Supervision: Oversee frontline site operations, including drilling, blasting coordination, loading, hauling, and the feeding of raw materials into the crusher plant.
Target Achievement: Monitor and optimize daily production output volumes to meet supply requirements for the sales department, asphalt premix plants, and external clients.
Workforce Allocation: Assign daily duties to heavy machinery operators (e.g., excavator, wheel loader, dump
Machinery & Maintenance Coordination
Pre-Trip & Machinery Checks: Ensure operators perform mandatory daily checks on heavy machinery and conveyor systems.
Breakdown Coordination: Work closely with the workshop supervisor and maintenance mechanics to minimize machinery downtime and coordinate planned preventive maintenance schedules.
Documentation & Site Administration
Daily Logs: Maintain accurate production logs, equipment running hours, and fuel consumption records for management review.
2. Requirements
Education: Diploma/Certificate in Mining/Civil Engineering, Geology, or a related technical discipline. Possessing a valid Blasting Certificate is a highly advantageous asset.
