Job summary

Pantai Quarry Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented Quarry Engineer for our Pantai Remis, Perak site. This full-time, on-site role focuses on efficient extraction, quality control, and safety adherence in a dynamic quarry environment.

You will lead day-to-day operations, develop production plans, manage maintenance, and ensure compliance with DosH, JMG and PTG regulations. Collaboration with diverse teams is essential for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of quarry/mining experience.
• Strong project management and organisation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving mindset under pressure.
• Valid driving licence; on-site work readiness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the quarry and crushing plant.
• Develop and execute production plans to meet targeted outputs with quality control.
• Manage heavy machinery and plant maintenance with contractors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
• Manage on-site personnel including operators, drillers and workers.
• Coordinate renewals of quarry licenses and related documentation.
