Job summary

ALPHA ORIENTAL BUILDERS SDN. BHD. in Penang is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Junior Quantity Surveyor to support pre- and post-tender activities, cost estimation, and progress claims.

You will prepare tender documents, review bills of quantities, and liaise with clients and subcontractors. A bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or equivalent is required.

Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English is preferred to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ability & Independent In Pre and Post QS Operations ( Tendering, Cost Estimation, Progress Claim, Claim Evaluation, Meeting And Etc )
• Prepare and review tender documents, quotation, bill of quantities, letter of award and contract.
• Prepare and review project progress claims and sub-contractor progress claim.
• Responsible in taking off quantity
