Job summary

YU CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support construction projects in the Klang Selangor area. The role focuses on preparing quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents, as well as on-site measurements and progress reporting.

The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying with 1–3 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in construction software.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with construction-related software/tools.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in documentation.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior QS in preparing bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Conduct on-site measurements and prepare progress reports.
• Monitor and control project costs including procurement and subcontractor management.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
• Assist in final accounts and contractual claims preparation.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
