AKYZ ENGINEERING SDN BHD in Setia Alam, Selangor is seeking an Executive Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting, tendering and contract administration for busy construction projects.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Applicants should have their own transport and be Malaysians. Salary ranges from RM 2,000 to RM 3,000 per month with incentive performance benefits.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia language skills required.
• Malaysian nationality preferred; own transport required.

Responsibilities

• Cost estimation, budgeting, and preparation of detailed budgets and BOQs.
• Tendering management, subcontractor bids analysis, and contract documents.
• Contract administration and strategies to ensure adherence to agreements.
• Valuations, variations, and progress payments for subcontractors.
• Cost control, forecasting, and regular cost-status reporting.
• Final accounts negotiations with clients and contractors.
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
